Hi All,
Bumping an older thread but would be keen to hear if anyone if still researching the Winter Family of Angus?
Mainly back to 1750/1800 around Tannadice area.
I have my 4X Great Grandfather as William Winter 1802 born to Mary Duncan + William Winter. For the life of me I cannot find any concrete evidence of when William Winter was born. I suspect 1768 to a David Winter but again, I cannot be 100% this is correct.
However, I suspect again that there is a connection with my posters in this thread and my own roots.
