I have no relationship to this family however I did know them John Ure Gray b1897 died in Whangarei Northland NZ on the 12/02/1978 and cremated at the Maunu Lawn Cemetery Crematorium 14/02/1978 .
Marjorie Drouin Gray (Donkin) b 1909 also died in Whangarei NZ on the 28/07/2001 and was cremated on the 01/08/2001 also a the the Maunu Facility , one of their son's Robert Melbourne Ure Gray ( Known as Bob). b 1933 Melbourne Australia died 14/08/2002 in Whangarei NZ and was Cremated on the 19/08/2002 also at the Maunu Facility , Bob was a Linotype operator for many years, until they became obsolete , at the local Northern Publishing Company who printed the local newspaper "The Northern Advocate", he married a girl that he worked with Kathy
the had one child a girl but later divorced , Kathy later married a very good friend of mine who has just recently passed away
I think that John and Marjorie had more than 1 child however I am not sure . I hope that this has been of use to you Cheers Lew
