Thank you for your prompt response. 
Not living Ireland i have no idea if there are church records, census records and or tax lists that may provide names of Olivers who lived in the Balteagh area from 1750 to 1800.  Can you provide any insight as to where I might search or to whom I could write for this type of information?

I am in search of documented ancestral line of Olivers from Lislane and or Londonderry area who left their home land for the Americas around 1799 - 1800.  We have DNA results connecting our American Olivers to their Irish forefathers unfortunately, we do not have documented departures or arrivals nor - more importantly, given names for the head of family and his wife.   All we do know is our GG Grandfathers name was Martin and according to census records and county histories he was born on ship in route to America in 1800.  One historical account states that his mother died when he was quite young and his father gave him up to strangers. Writings also suggest that Martins father fought in the War 1812 and his name has been listed as James as well as John, Nathan, Matthew Nelson,
Additional questions to the group:
In the late 1790's in Ireland, when a family chose migrate to another country was it required to file for permission with the local government office or were there any formal documents required  to sale to a foreign land? If so, where would these files be located? 
Lastly, what Port would a family depart from when sailing from Ireland to America?  Would they depart from England?
