You may find information at https://www.nidirect.gov.uk/services/go-groni-online.  When I did a search, I found a couple of John Monaghans born between 1914 and 1916.  The mother's maiden name is in the search results.  You must set up an account and purchase credits to do a free search and then use credits to buy a certificate if you want one. We found Frank's relatives' information by doing this.  Frank has an autographed picture of Rinty.  Also, Rinty Monaghan's family belonged to St Patrick's Church, Donegall St., Belfast.  You may be able to find a Baptismal Certificate there. Rinty Monaghan is a relative and came to our house in Moreton, Wirral, Merseyside when he had fights in Liverpool stadium.  He trained in Johnny Campbell's gym in Birkenhead.  My brothers and father went to the fights.  He won the world title in Glasgow fighting Jackie Patterson, winning in the seventh round.
