Hello Meg!
Here is an official U.S. NAVY Photograph taken at N.A.S. CORPUS CHRISTI, TX
John being the "Student of the Month" in March 1980.
Also find a copy of the U.S.S. KITTY HAWK CV-63 postcard, where John was proud to say he was the only "glider pilot" among the 16 pilots of his squadron: the VA-147.
Then, you certainly know the other I was given by your Mum in 1990, the sad one!
I've got a few more I'll send you privately when I've posted enough!!!
