« on: Sunday 19 March 17 02:01 GMT (UK) »Hi, I myself im of the Oliver connection Lislane. My Granda was Samuel Oliver, my Great Granda was also Samuel Oliver, my 2 tmies Great Granda was William Oliver all farmers at Balteagh Lislane, all dating back till 1850s.
These are also my ancestors! We still have a Samuel Oliver on the farm on Lislane up from the church. His brother John lives close by too. I am looking so hard to find info from there. I have a lot on the son Robert who married Ellen Andrews and they brought their family to the USA. He had brothers and sisters who stayed on the farm.
There was a sister Margaret they called Peggy, she married an Irwin/Irvine. Sister Matilda married David Boyd. A brother William, and Samuel. This is all stuff I am putting together, But any help, info direction I would appreciate. We can share. I have copies of some wills. Feel free to email me. (*) Thank you. Cyndy
