Hi,
I was fascinated to see that you are a descendant of Louisa Emma Garner. I did a lot of research on the Garner's over quite a few years for a friend of mine who sadly passed away several months ago. Her father in law was Louisa's elder brother Joseph William Garner b. circa 1884 in Aylesbury.
Joseph William came to Australia in the early 1900's. I was aware that Louisa Emma married Albert Smith in 1906. My late friend obtained the marriage cert. and from memory Albert's father was Alfred Smith and Albert was employed as a gardener at Eythrope near Waddesdon. Eythrope and Waddesdon Manor were owned by the Rothschild's. Louisa had several other brother's Ernest, Thomas (he died young) and Cyril James born in 1901. Louisa's mother died in 1904? which is probably why Cyril was living with her and husband. I don't have all my info. at hand at the moment, but would love to hear from you.
Regards, Jen
