Not much help but the witnesses to the marriage are John Shepherd and Rebecca Shepherd.

Have you tried Durham Records online.

They have Catholic baptisms for Houghton Le Spring through 1855.

Was he required to be there at the ceremony?

Could Isabella given the information that was included in the record without him being present?

The original marriage entry witnesses are William Jameson and Jane Dodds.

They or other family members sign the majority of the marriages, so they don't appear to be relatives.

Where are you finding Isabella Blenkinsop in 1841.

Evan though the father is known, Isabella is illegitimate so wouldn't she be Isabella Milburn the same as her mother.
Alternately she could go by both names.

There is a burial for a John Rainger at St. Thomas Portsea on 11 December 1767  - no age given

There is a History of Upper Heyford Society, the page for Lower Heyford is not working.

However perhaps they can help with suggestions and or contacts in the area to help you.

Or The Oxford Records Office

Jane Hutchinson has a grand daughter Jane Streaton

Jane has a son Thomas who has a niece named Jane Streaton
-------------
Ann Hutchinson married Thomas Streaton 1738 St Martin Colchester.

So Ann Hutchinson must be a sister of Thomas.

I think it's two different families that tie together somehow, more research required.
-----------------------
Notes:
There is a John Sutton Hutchinson buried Colchester 1723  so one of the male Hutchinson's married a Sutton

Thank you.  I'll start searching for Streaton

Conundrum:

His mother Jane Hutchinson, will of 1762 names a cousin Timothy and it looks like Sutton, but it was no doubt written as it was heard.
