I looked at his prison records and think this is Roger 1861 as R. R. Wakefield Prison

There's another article in the Liverpool Daily Post 14 May 1960, named as Charles Edward and Myfanwy, ages match the death reg. you have found; also mentions a brother-in-law.

I have looked high and low and then went back to Hannah born 1830 and found a marriage of a Hannah Lee, father Samuel in Boston, Mass. 26th Oct 1855, which I am not sure about, adding in case

http://www.rootschat.com/links/01twe/

Looked for a Samuel and Susanna in Boston and 1860 found this family in Pennsylvania

http://www.rootschat.com/links/01twd/

Samuel is a labourer, Susanna's age is out, with children
John Lee 1843 Penn
William Lee 1847 Penn.
Daniel Lee 1845 Penn

There is a link with the 1860 census and a Pennsylvania death certificate for a William B. Lee, North Fayette, Allegheny, Pennsylvania, father Samuel Lee, mother Susana Easton

It's a bit late and so still needs a bit of double checking :)

Looking at the possibility of Samuel marrying and trying to find him, there is a non-conformist record IGI for an Emma Lee 1836

Wesleyan Methodist

http://www.rootschat.com/links/01tw9/

The actual non-conformist records online for the Stamford Circuit has the parents abode as Empingham, Samuels occupation on all the records as labourer.

Emma born 23 Jan 1836 and Bap. 10 March 1836 to Samuel and Susanna his wife and daughter of Samuel and Caroline Easton.
Emma's baptism is the only record with mention of her mother's parents

and

Elijah born 1 Sep1833 bap 22 Sep 1833, Abode Empingham

and also at Empingham to parents Samuel and Susanna Lee

Not in the area at all but there's a Pallot's Marriage as

Thomas Willis and Ann Mosley 1808
Parish St and Holb'n B

and a parish record for St Andrew, Holborn: Holborn Circus 1808
Thomas signs and Ann makes her mark, both of this parish
Wits: Anthony ?Loftus, Jno. Willis and Elizabeth Lodge

just to add, from my own research in Newark, there are Moseley's there 1779.
