Found a Alexander Rae born abt 1621 in Covington Lanarkshire. He married Marion Allasoun 26th June 1663 at Mid Lothian. I have 2 Jean Rae born 1665 Glasgow Baptised 8/1/1665 High Church Glasgow and John Rae born 1666 Glasgow Baptised  11/1/1666 High Church Glasgow.
John Rae married Elizabeth Dunlop 1687 Glasgow they had 8 children all born Glasgow I only have the baptism for 1 child I don't know if the rest were baptised in the same church.
Jean          Rae Baptised 29/9/1689 High Church Glasgow.
Elizabeth   Rae  born 1690.
Robert      Rae  born 1691.
Lillias        Rae  born 1694.
Christian   Rae  born 1696.
James       Rae  born 1697.
John         Rae  born 1700.
Agnes       Rae born 1704.

Seeking information on Ann Washington Supposed to have been born in Luton 1857  ???. I cannot find her on any record before 1871. On the 1871 census of Robert and Mary Ann Reeve ( nee Jakes) she states Mary Ann is her mother which is not right as Ann is eleven years younger than Mary Ann who was born 1846 in Luton. Robert and Mary Ann were married in Luton 1867. I received information from a woman who said she was a Gypsy is this the reason I cannot find her  ???.
Ann married Thomas Oakley in 1877 in Luton. Ann died in 1900 Luton.

Looking for information on John Wardle born 1865 in Lancashire. I cannot find him on the 1871/1881/1891 census. He turns up on the 1901 census in Cumberland, on the census it states he was born Manchester. In 1899 he married Mary Elizabeth Simpson (Finlinson) at Rosley Church in Cumberland. On the marriage certificate it has his father as Reuben Wardle. On the 1911 census it states his place of birth is Rochdale Lancashire. I have not been able to connect John to any Reuben anywhere. Hope there is someone out there that maybe able to help.

Trying to find information on my 3x great grandfather John Blaylock. He was born 1821 in Dumfries Dumfriesshire but I cannot find his birth or any baptism in Dumfries for him. He married Ann Christiana Hewer from St Mary's Carlisle at Gretna Green 1843. On the marriage page it states he is from Dumfries, Dumfriesshire. On the Carlisle 1851 census he was living in Water Street, Carlisle and it states place of birth Dumfries. John died 5th November 1855 in Carlisle.
Any information on his birth, parents, brothers or sisters would be most welcome.

Thomas Oakley was my 2x great grandfather. His daughter Sarah Oakley married Frederick Rae in 1900 in Luton. They had 2 sons Frederick Thomas Rae born Luton 1901 and my grandfather Arthur Charles Rae born Luton 1903.
