I am the owner of the photos. I have a birthdate of the the person I'm hoping is the soldier, August 1891.  The person enlisted 1915, I just don't have a way of identifying him.  I'm trying process of elimination.

So I guess that doesn't fit with the dating of the family photo.  Therefore I suppose the boy in the background can't be the soldier. Thanks for your input.
