Hello Trish,

Thank you for you reply, no I do not have Catherine after 1851,I pick her up in 1868 when she marries my Great Grandfather ( so you realise that I am old wrinkly) Thomas Stimpson, both Catherine's Brother Charles March 1851 and Sister Mary June 1851 died.
I had a look at the the 1851 Scotland census I must say I am tempted, what I am after if it is possible is to find the Marriage of Charles Ward and Isabell.
May I say once again for reply and without being personal nice photograph of the Baby.
Regards John

On Thomas's marriage certificate his father is William Stimson, Farm Labourer.
I have always thought the 1851 census you mention may be the wrong family as William's occupation differs and there is no sign of a Thomas.
But on the other hand, the parents names and area do match up, very confusing.

Is the marriage certificate of Thomas and catherine ward in Cardiff in 1868. If so I would be grateful for their addresses and the names of the witnesses.

Many thanks

I have a Reginald Frederick W Bushell but I don't know where he came from or anything about him.  He married Amelia Moore (my Grans sister) in the early 1920's and had two daughters in Swindon Wilts.
Hello,
and thanks for your interest, unfortunately I have not got a Frederick Bushell in my tree and am unable to help you
