Thank you so much for your information!  I have filled a few gaps in my tree!.  Is Michael Milmoe (your Great Grandfather) Johnny Milmoe's brother then? (if so we are 3rd cousins!).

The information you posted for Mary Dunne matches what I have - we believe she died in childbirth (my grandmother born in 1904)  Johnny Milmoe later married (I think Bridget Noone?) sometime after that.  They had a son John Jack (1907).

My Paternal Grandmother was Bridget (known as Bea) Milmoe(1904-1972). She Married Thomas Gallagher in 1924. She had a Brother Patrick (1897-1994), and a sister Kate.  Bea's Mother, Mary Dunne died and Be a was reared by her Maternal Grandparents.  Her sister Kate, we believe was sent to live with relatives in Scotland.  Bea's father (Johnny Milmoe, (her mother's name was Mary Dunne) remarried, but I don't know his 2nd wife's name.

Patrick Married Bridget Killoran, and lived in Rhode Island, USA.   The only children of his that I have record of is a Son called James who died in his twenties from a rare blood disorder.

I would also love to find some details of Kate or her relations in Scotland!

Thanks for your time!

Also, ages on census forms at that time did tend to vary wildly, but I believe that was people realised that by adjusting their ages (which would have been hard to prove at the time) people would qualify for pensions/ or allowances of some kind.
