I live in the Stoneferry area and there is a remaining farm house at the bottom of Woodhall Street. I also understand that some farm dwellings were demolished to make way for the new recreation ground for the Reckitt & Colman company.  Try the Hull History Centre and there is also a very good web-site about The Garden Village area which were the house build by Reckitt & Colman for their staff at the turn on the century.  Hope this helps, best wishes.

Hi Redcar Street is in East Hull it can be reached by going through Mulgrave Street, Redcar Street or St Mark Street off New Cleveland Street.  The area received bomb damage during the war but many houses remain.

Hi there, do you do facebook?  There is a group called Hull The Good Old days and there is a photo of St Mark's Church on there.  The gasometer next to the church has now recently been demolished.
