Angela, so sorry, I have all the same birth dates as you but none of the deaths for this particular branch of the Shipleys.

I wonder if you know whether Eliza and William Sunley were brother and sister?  If so I have located a Sunley family in Bridlington who might fit the bill:

Oswald Borley was born 1874 Crowfield, his father Edward Borley 1845 Pettaugh, his father also Edward Borley 1812 Pettaugh and would you believe his father another Edward Borley c.1787.

Yes that would make sense.  By the way, I visited the church at Wetwang a few weeks ago but couldn't find graves for any of the Monkman family.
