Free Photo Restoration & Date Old Photographs / David and Peter 1966

I have found this picture of my brother who has recently died with his best friend, probably taken in about 1966, in the UK, but i am totally unsure how to go about restoring it, any ideas? Thank you, as it is the only picture we have of the two of them together.

Leslie Mould Kilmister was married to my Great Aunts sister Dorothy Watch and he died on September 11 1985. He was the person who wrote the books mentioned earlier. Hope this helps.

I am searching for the grave of my great grandfather Henry Consitt. He died in March 1936 in Linthorpe, Middlesbrough. Can anyone offer advice on how to find his grave?
