Hello Sid

I am the son from 1960 so hello cousin. You may be able to help in identifying someone in a photograph we have. We scanned a negative on a tin plate that belonged to my grandmother - the Margaret (Maggie) who died in 1974. My mum and uncle suggest that it could be Maggie's father, Alexander Gillespie Smith b1872 d1932 but are not certain. I just need a way to get the photo to you.

A few years since your post: I have started collecting information on Conquers mainly from Leith in Edinburgh, Scotland. Please let me know of any of that might help.

sidsmith: You have mentioned my Grandparents, James and Christina, my dad was born in 1938 and, looking at the names and places in your post it looks very likely that my mum is in the line you mention.
