Lanarkshire / Hamiltons in Motherwell

Looking for any Hamiltons in Motherwell.

Henry Hamilton and wife Mary (Norris) Hamilton lived in Motherwell at the end of the 19th century and early 20th century. Their only child Louis Jean Hamilton (b. 1889) married John Crossett in 1908.

My great-grandfather was John Crossett, son of Joseph Crossett and Sarah Sloan.  He had a brother named George. John and his father were living at on North Square, Gartsherrie, Coatbridge, Lanarkshire at the end of the 19th Century.  John Crossett married Louis Jean Hamilton of Motherwell in 1908 and then took his family to Canada.  I do not have information further back than that.  I do not know when this family would have arrived in Scotland from Antrim.  I hope to trace them back to Anthony Du Crozat.
