Buckinghamshire / Re: Thomas Bell GIBBONS - Marlow

Hi All, I am also tracing the Gibbons family of Great Marlow. I am a descendant of Thomas and Sarah Gibbons (nee Crockett) of Great Marlow, they married on 28 Aug 1782 and had 7 children. One of their sons Thomas Gibbons (b abt 1786) was my 3xGtGrandfather. Thomas Gibbons jnr. married Sarah Bell at Aylesbury on 16 June 1816. His brother Richard Gibbons, according to 1851 Census was a Brewer employing 5 men and other members of the Gibbons family were brewers and wine merchants also. I am trying to establish whether Richard Gibbons had his own brewery/inn. If so what was it known as and did it become part of the Wethered Brewery. They owned the "Wethered Brewery" which was the major brewery in Great Marlow. The Buckinghamshire Family History Society have a reference to Richard in their "Great Marlow Breweries" articles and the 1847 Poll Book as the owner of "Waterman's Arms". If anyone has any info about the Gibbons family or can point me in the right direction regarding the brewery's it would be appreciated. I have quite a bit of info about Thomas and Hannah (nee Robinson) they came to Australia in Oct 1851 on the ship "Resolute". Gets confusing with everyone having the same name.
Hope to hear from someone :)
