The PJM. said he had received a letter
from ' defendant, stating that he was
shearing and could not possibly attend.
The P.M. ordered a warrant for the arrest
of defendant to issue, and on his finding
bail the case to stand adjourned to Tuesday
next.

WAGGA POLICE COURT.
At the Wagga Police Court yesterday,
before Mr. George Martin, P.M............
James Snarey, alias
Burns, on a charge of disobeying an
order of the court for the support of his
illegitimate child, was remanded to the
Narrandera Court. Bail was allowed,
self in £30, or two sureties in £15 each.
A number of municipal cases came on for
hearing, but the majority were with
drawn on the payment of the costs. In
others small fines were inflicted.

The wife of Mr James Snarey, after a prolonged illness, died here yesterday morning,
leaving a young family behind.
