Re Richard Ward Stuart 1922-2003

By a remarkable quirk of fate, I now find I can place Richard Ward Stuart in my family tree! I have had a response from one person and she is checking with family to see if we can find out more about him, and if he was the one who was on the flight and a POW.

Re Bertram Scudder, my 1st cousin 1x removed. If anyone has his birth certificate, please confirm his names as one website has him as Berthram Thomas Hanley Scudder. War records have him as Henry.

He was the son of Bert Albert H Scudder and Edith Maud Pullen as already mentioned here. Bert Albert had 7 sisters and 3 brothers who survived into adulthood.
These 11 siblings were the children of my great grandfather Stephen Scudder and Elizabeth Mary King.
So Bertram had over 20 cousins.

So there should be lots of surviving relatives, but not many who can remember Bertram.
