I am looking for any information (where born, lived etc)about a John(dec., by 1884) & Jane Higgins (Nee mcgivern born 1840?), i know they had a daughter Martha who became a Rooney.
Martha married a Francis Rooney in 1884. (his dad was James Rooney dont know wife name dont know how to find ) They were my nanna parents and had 13 children, dont know much about them except the lived at Vulcan Street,Ballymacarrett, my nanna was a deaf mute and was sent to a 'special' school, interestingly my nanna was suppose to be in the papers around 1910-15!!!! hername Maryjane
