US Lookup Requests / An unaccountable Washington Kirk.

There is of course that (*) Kirk 1938- may still be with us, but as the rest of her family are now deceased.

Her parents were Roy Robert Kirk 1906-1984 and Margaret Lou Gentry 1913-1965.
Her two brothers and one sister have also passed away.
I can only trace
(*) back to Pullman, Washington in 1959.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here is a group photograph of the shipbuilder Scott family taken in 1898, in the center are James and Charlotte, surround by their immediate and close family.
I have been trying exhaustively to put names to these faces, to date without any success, here are the details of what I am sure of (in brackets their age at the time this photograph was taken).
Sorry about the quality of this image, don't know if anybody could improve it please.

So what needs to be confirmed please, are the names of James's parents, his siblings, and their offspring:

James Scott Sn. 1831- 13th Oct 1903 married Charlotte Wood 1827- 6th Dec1917
Children:
Charles Wood Scott 1858-1931 (40) married in 1886 Elizabeth George (41) 1857-1926
James Scott Junior 1860-1950 (38) married Marion Strang 1861-1946 (37)
