Any idea where the girls were born?   I am sure one of the paying sites has births in India so they might show mother's maiden name if they are not showing up in the UK.

The local office might check details on the certificate and save you money if it is wrong.  Some are very helpful that way.

1851 also gives more children as there is a Harriet between William and Edmund   All born Arundel.

How many of the other boys have that description?     If it is all of them then that is one theory that does not work.  If it is only a few it might be OK.
