Hi, not sure if you're still researching this but I was interested to see this post when I was searching for Three Colt Court for Louisa Cuddeford/Price/Harman in the 1861.  She was my GG Grandmother.  I know Joseph was residing at 36 Blanchard Road, Dalston, in 1871 whilst Louisa was living in Tottenham, so they didn't seem to stay together very long.
I know his daughter Elizabeth married George Bunyan and her half sister Emma Price married George's brother Josiah.  It's all very confusing isn't it.
Best Wishes

No they never had children, Margaret definitely born Macclesfield and Peter says he was born Macclesfield but I have not been able to find a birth for him.  The name Galbally has been spelt in many ways.  There is a possibility he was born in Ireland, I suppose that's another avenue I should explore.  Many thanks for trying to help Jean.

Hi Jean, thanks for the reply.  They were James Galbally and his wife Margaret (nee Tristram).  He was an Army Sergeant and they married in St Peters, Macclesfield.  I have them in 1891 in Blackburn but they weren't there in 1881.  I suppose as he was in the Army they could have been abroad or in fact anywhere in the country.  He was born app 1844 and she was born 1843, both Macclesfield.  Best Wishes.  Jan

Thanks for the reply Dawn, this link does lead to the page I was looking for - http://www.cityoflondon.gov.uk/burialRegisters/default.aspx - but when you click on . it says page cannot be found yet they were there a few weeks ago.  I suppose it could be routine maintenance or they have realised they could be charging for viewing these pages (a bit cynical on my part I suppose).  I might give it a couple of weeks and if they are not back I will email the City of London, there is a long list of contacts but not sure which one is relevant.  Thanks again for your reply.  Best Wishes.

Hi, does anyone know what has happened to the City of London burial index site which had some burial records available to browse, I keep getting the page not available message, although I only used it a month or so ago.  Many thanks.

Hi, I have just received a marriage certificate for 1879 where the couple married in St Peter's, Macclesfield.  They gave their residence as Nunnerleys Buildings.  Can anyone assist me with the location so I can find them on the 1881.  Thanks.
