Hello. I have joined RootsChat this evening, as a Google search located reference to a post on RootsChat relating to an individual I am researching. I have replied to this post and have asked the member to get back to me, but have noticed that they have not logged onto RootsChat since September 2012, so might not realise that my reply is there. Is there any way of me sending a private message to this member, as I couldn't find an obvious way of doing it. If so, will the member in question receive an email notification informing them that they have received a message on RootsChat? Many thanks.

I am currently researching Elizabeth (Lizzie) Burgess, once of the Carl Rosa Opera Company, and stumbled across your RootsChat post this evening during a Google search. I have joined RootsChat specifically to contact you. The information and photographs will be fascinating research material for a brief study I am currently carrying out, and I would therefore be very keen to correspond with you further.
