Hi,  My attachment regarding Elizabeth Marks.  I have found in the 1821 Birr district census, the following Marks family living at 16 Old Post Office Lane, Birr

Head of Household: Timothy Marks - 48 Butcher (born 1773)
Wife: Mary Marks - 46 (born 1775)
Son: Michael Marks - 24, Occupation: Butcher  (born 1797)
Son: John Marks - 13  (born 1808)
Son: James Marks - 11  (born 1810)
Daughter: Mary Marks - 16  (born 1805)
Daughter: Elizabeth - 8 (born 1813)
Daughter: Sally - 6 (born 1815)

Does anyone have any information on this family?  It would be greatly appreciated if someone could shed some light on this family so that I can rule it in or out of my family history search.
 ;D

Hi,  In early 1836, my great grandmother, Eliza/Elizabeth Marks arrived in Australia on board the ship, James Pattison which left Ireland in 1835.  Her native place of birth was Kings County now Offaly, Ireland.  On her death certificate (1890) it states that her father was a butcher, but no first name given.  Is it possible for anyone to know any family history of the Marks family in Kings County around this time that had a daughter Eliza/Elizabeth.

Hi, I have the court records for the Alexander Cameron that was sentenced in 1819 but no where in the records did it state who his parents were.  I was hoping someone out there may know who his parents were.

Hi, I am currently researching Cameron family tree.  I am related to Alexander Cameron m Eliza Marks in Australia.  I am currently searching for Alexanders family back in Scotland.  As Alexander was murdered in 1854 there is very little evidence to go by.  His birth year is 1803 to 1807.  Currently we are looking at an Alexander Cameron that was sentenced in 1819 and was sent out to Australia on the ship "Asia".  Is there anyone out there that is either missing an Alexander Cameron or may know about this particular Alexander that was shipped to Australia. :)
