Hi Dawn
Yes Sarah & her husband William Rhodes ran the Windsor Castle Inn for a time around 1891 though he seems to have spent most of his working life as a "woollen warehouseman".
I've only registered to this site yesterday so need to check how to send personal messages so we can perhaps exchange more information.

Thank you for the map ref. because I have old OS maps but the 1888 doesn't name Foundry Inn. References to the Commercial Inn are easy and photos.  Part of the problem has been that houses got re-numbered so even working from an 1876 Town Directory which listed William Webster I couldn't actually establish the site.

I am also a gt gt grandchild of William Webster. I haven't been able to find any photos of Foundry Inn.
I can tell you he was born in Wakefield in 1826 but had moved to Leeds by 1841 and worked as a linen weaver before becoming a joiner.
In 1849 he married Elizabeth Stephenson and by 1871 he had become a beer house keeper.
He died in 1886 and his wife took over the Inn until her death in 1888.
They had 8 children, the eldest Mary Jane was my gt grandmother.
They clearly prospered as William left £265 4s at his death and Elizabeth £309. 5s 1d, substantial sums for the time.
