Hello there Suzanne,
That particular cemetery is closed and is now part of the University of Leeds Estate.

The last time I was in Leeds Central Library, local history department I came across a massive computer print out of all who are buried in there.

Unfortunately I don't get there very often but I will keep a note of your query and try my best for you.

Regards Roger.

Hi there I have now found him as well, thanks to the clues Trevor gave.

I will let Trevor tell you all about him as I have not yet read it up.

Hi there Moony,

I sent you a pm earlier today.

The 88th regiment of foot became the Connaught Rangers, the 90th Regiment became the Perthshire Volunteers until 1881.

I will be intrigued as to how Trevor found him as I scoured all over the place.

Cheers Roger.

Hi there Mooney,

Just acknowledging your reply, I will have a detailed look tomorrow as I have to go out and fetch the wife back from the theatre.

Cheers Roger.

Hi there, no problem at all.

I have looked on Army Pensions and there are some records there, and there is one there for a William Warren for the 37th Regiment of Foot(now the Hampshire Regiment).

In total there are 8 pages I have saved them to my computer.

Do you know anything about him at all.

Cheers Roger.
