Hi Carole

Plan to check electoral lists but our local library has closed so a trip into Birmingham to be planned on a day that the lists are available.
We have no deeds to speak of, just a 1974 record of when the house was first put on the land registry, which bears no relationship to the time it was built.

Thanks

Margaret

Hi Stan

Looked on the old maps and there was a plot there 1920-24 then no map till 1938 and our house is there so just need to pin it down further.

Thank you

Margaret

I have recently moved to a bungalow which our survey estimated it to have been built around the 1920s but who knows. on its first land registry in 1974 it was known as East Lynn with no number. Apart from a farm & 3 farm cottages there was nothing else around, apart from Blake Street Railway station across the road. I would really love to know it's age and who has lived here.
