The image for John's marriage is available on Findmypast and Ancestry.

George and Elizabeth are on the 1841 census, but John is not with them. There are possibles lodging elsewhere

The image for the marriage of George Moulton and Elizabeth Jackson is also available.

George, a widower, married again on 11th November 1847 to Hannah Bate. That image is also on Findmypast, and they appear on the 1851-61 censuses. However, he was an agricultural labourer, not a butcher.

George's father was Samuel, and there is a baptism on 30th July 1797 in Acton (Near Nantwich), son of Samuel and Mary of Pool.

Martha Hope in at Marsh Lane, Nantwich, in 1841. Her baptism, on 12th March 1832 is also available, as is her parents' marriage in 1831.

The only Ann Bride baptism I can find was on 14th December 1810 in Cork, daughter of Robert Hope and Mary Barry.

Findmypast has some up to the 1930s with images from 1910

Earlier ones have an index and images, but not linked.

There is a Devereus Hoyat of Herne in an index of wills in 1727, but no details, on Findmypast.
It gives the location as Kent History Centre archive, reference PRC/27/42/6.

I checked the archive, but couldn't find it - https://www.kentarchives.org.uk/

Most of the trees have John, born 1808, as the son of John Bird and Mary Gadsby.

Sarah's details look correct, but I am not sure about John.

They have him born in 1774 in Packington and dying there on 2nd March 1855. The only death recorded in the area at that time, was registered in Burton upon Trent. However, he seems to be the person buried in Church Gresley on 6th March. A potter born in Shropshire c1775, he was living there with his wife, Mary, in 1841 and 1851.
Mary was buried in Church Gresley on 19th January 1847, also registered in Burton.

John and Sarah seem more likely to be the ones in Newbold Hurst, Breedon, in 1841.
On the death of Mary Bird of Worthington in 1842, it gives her place of death as Ashby-de-la-Zouch.
In 1850, there is a burial of John Bird in Breedon, and he also died in Ashby, age 72.
Their rounded down ages fit the 1841 census.

The nearest baptism was on 27th June 1779 to John and Elizabeth in Worthington. Possibly John who married Elizabeth Robinson in Breedon on 11th February 1765. A few siblings from 1767 to 1779 and possibly one in 1783.

In 2009, I took some pictures of graves in Breedon, including a few of the Bird family, and others have been added - http://www.rootschat.com/links/01tta/

The only one I can find is for John, of Breedon, to Sarah Gadsby, of Coleorton, in 1803.

They might be in Newbold Hurst, Breedon, in 1841, John aged 60 and Sarah 70.

There is a burial of Sarah Bird of Worthington in 1842, aged 73.

Possibly Sarah Gadsby baptised 18th January 1772 in Breedon.

A lot of trees have her as the daughter of William and Elizabeth Pashler, but no baptism date.

They list ten siblings.

1841 Census - Abbotsley, St Neots, Huntingdonshire & Cambridgeshire
William Tossill Male 50 1791 Ag. Lab.
Elizabeth Tossill Female 50 1791 Huntingdonshire
Christiana Tossill Female 15 1826 Huntingdonshire
Rachel Tossill Female 15 1826 Huntingdonshire
Joseph Tossill Male 10 1831 Huntingdonshire
Robert Enderby Male 50 1791 Huntingdonshire

William, b 1786, may be in Tetworth in 1851, born in Croyton (Croydon?) Cambs, next door to his son William, born 1822 in Abbotsley.

P.S. William may be duplicated in 1851:
William Tossel Head Married Male 66 1785 Lab Croydon, Cambridgeshire
Betsey Tossel Wife Married Female 67 1784 Wife Abbotsley, Huntingdonshire
Joseph Tossel Son Unmarried Male 22 1829 Lab Abbotsley, Huntingdonshire

There is a report on some houses in the West Cumberland Times 12th June 1912 regarding the condition of some houses, and another in 1913 describing some as unfit for habitation.

The trees have Rosina as Rosina Amelia (Mamie) Young, and Mark born on 27th August 1906.

The 39 register has 25th August 1906.
