No one has contacted me either about our DNA matches.  I've sent out emails and only received a couple of responses.  They probably took the test but don't have a paid subscription.

Thanks to everyone who helped me.  Winifred was indeed born Wilmot Winifred Richards and was adopted when her mother died in 1913.

Thanks for the help everyone.  I located the school records for Germoe up to the year 1925 and there was no Winnifred or Wilmot ever registered for school.  Perhaps they moved or maybe she was given up for adoption.  I believe I'll leave the topic.  Is there a way to close it?

Hi.  Thanks for the reply.  I was informed that this site is for searching ancestors and not living relatives.  His siblings know who his parents are as well as the proper Adoptions department.  The topic should be closed now but I don't know how to do that.

Sorry I am just now responding.  I haven't been on the site for several years.  The online index record does not indicate her status and her name is incorrectly spelled as Isable.
