Hello,
I was a bit shocked to find this page after googling my grandfather's name during my coffee break.
At first I wasn't sure whether the information was actually connected to my family but there are so many similarities in names and dates that it may well be the case, so unless I am making some embarrassing blunder we are also discussing my family.
Charles Edwards Cody and Margaret Baker Cody (formerly Shields) were my grandparents. Gran passed away 2 years ago after passing the 100 year mark so my access to information, dates and such is very limited (I now live in Indonesia.)
Sadly Aunt Dorothy passed away recently, so it may be left to me to carry the torch in finding out more about our extended family. Thank you for the information posted here, it is much appreciated.
And if there are any family members out there reading this I would be delighted to hear from you
