Many apologies for not acknowledging your comprehensive help - I have been working on other projects for the last 6 months and had not checked my posts. I was particularly pleased with deforciantes as I had thought it was defensores. It begins to make much more sense, so thank you very much indeed.

Many thanks to Freckneale for his great help. I am finally adding two very short passages in each of which only one word is a problem on lines A3 and A11 of my transcript. All help greatly appreciated

I am looking for further help transcribing the above deed. I hope to attach the copy of my transcript so far with the problem text indicated in red, and a section of text at lines B7-10. I would be most grateful for any help

I would like to ask Mr JTA if there is any information on the origin of the parents of Michael McQuade and Elizabeth Moran in the marriage register at St Patrick's, Felling on 17th August 1870, entry no. 21. Many thanks
