GRONI gives the marriage of Nora O'Hare to Thomas Rooney on 6 June 1924, registered in Newry and Mourne.
Sorry I seem to have followed the wrong girl there, but there is a marriage of a Mary Hunter to a Patrick Turley on 21 Nov 1911 in Newry and Mourne that may be your lady's marriage.

Husband James was living at 60 Tyrone Street in 1918.
I would think that the burial was very likely to have been in Milltown Cemetery.
It would seem unlikely that in those days her remains would have been removed to Liverpool for burial.
However best way to establish the burial site would be to check the death notice in local papers, probably the Irish News.

1901 Census has Elizabeth Young 22, living at Brunswick Street, Dublin with 2 year old son Francis Duncan. They were CoI. She was born in Co Carlow.
They lived with her mother Anne Vass,58,and her brother George Vass,18, born in Yorkshire.
So far I have not found her husband in 1901 Census, nor can I find a later marriage to a Margaret on GRONI.

There are 2 Douays in 1901 Census, 1 in Coleraine, CofI and 1 in CoTyrone. R.C.
In 1911 there are 3 in Co Antrim. 2 RC and 1 CoI.
The earliest marriage I have found is Thomas Douay to Catherine Jenkins in Coleraine on 18 Oct 1875.

Hi Jo.
Glad you have returned from the darkness without internet connection.
Not sure when the school closed but suspect there are many ex pupils out there who would know the House names and more about the school generally.
Would love to know your grandfather's name and home. Who knows what information the experts on this Forum could unearth when you see the stuff already produced.
Think the school became a special needs community in the 70s.
