Norfolk / Re: Henry COE
« on: Thursday 17 May 12 04:44 BST (UK)  »
Hi Harleston,
Okay I am totally confuse now :(

If I am wrong please correct me. The Daniel COE who MARRIED Mary Ann TAPPS/HAPPS Looks like his mine ?? AND he was a transported convict & his  trial was held at Chelmsford Essex. BUT it looks like his parents who I thought were Henry COE & Ann BANHAM ARE NOT his PARENTS???.

Harleston, would it be okay if we corresponded via my personal email address, as I find that it might be easier for me, if not that is okay.

What would be the next step for me to go on with, I have asked for some help to from KEZIA in information that she also might be able to help me with :) so maybe with all of us, or I should really say with your help and Kezias:) you two might be able to shed/help me discover/parents/children/siblings??
Best Regards Leanne

Hi Kezia,
My partners family Daniel COE From Research material was born March 1814 Essex, His wife's name TAPPS/HAPPS was from other researchers of the family of Daniel COE. I believe Hales is not to far from where the family supposedly lived. I think more research might have to be done, as there seems to be a lot of Daniel Coe,s around. Would you have any ideas on whether I have the right family ??

Hi Talia, Thank you for your quick reply. I had James down in my research files for years as I just just couldn't match him with any spouse/family etc so when I saw your post I was just delighted as I can now add his family to my records AND of course I will hope you might Like to add my Elizabeth. I actually have a photo of Elizabeth and James LUMSDEN. I was in contact with other family members but over the years we all just dropped of and lost contact but we do have some great records which I hope to be able to send to you :)

Hi Talia,
When I saw your post on James ROBERTSON & Jean GOODWIN I did a bit of a squeal :). They had a daughter Elizabeth who was born 10th June 1827. I believe my Elizabeth is a sister to your James ROBERTSON. My Elizabeth MARRIED James LUMSDEN/LUMSDAINE.

The family immigrated to Australia, and I have some photos and research material.

I don't even know if you still check your emails here but I look forward to hearing from you
Regards Leanne
