Hi, not sure if anyone can help me, but i am also trying to establish a link to Abram Wood.
My father-in-laws grandmother was Ellen Wood (elinor) who married Thomas Roberts LLandwrog.
Ellen was the daughter of Thomas Wood Rhydygro Llanefryl.

i am having a problem linking this to Abrams tree. I have recently found the following, Ellen's father was Thomas bn 1803 Pentrych. His father was Thomas (bn 1761) married to Jaun/Jane Bebb. His father was Abram born 1722
married Mary Powel, and his father was Edward Wood married to Elizabeth Evans.

Does anyone know if this fits in anywhere, as the family has always maintained the link.

thanks
Sue

Hi, Just been through some other paperwork which may not be spot on, but possible that Thomas (1803)
son, of Thomas (1761) and Jaun/Jane Bebb,Son of Abraham Wood (1722) who married Mary Powel! Abraham
son of Edward Wood who married Elizabeth Evans.!!

Anyone recognise anything here!!!

Hi, thank you so much for your response.
I have that certificate thanks but still cannot tie in Ellens line despite going back past her father Thomas.
Ibelieve  that his father may have been Thomas married to JAUN??/Jane. He was born in 1803 Pentyrch,   sister Elizabeth 1805,Ann 1809,Sarah 1813 William 1812 Abraham 1818. There is a Jane Wood who dies 1836 Pentyrch!and Thomas in the same year. My thomas married Elinor Jones 1824 Llanfair Caereinion, children sarah 1835, Mary 1832,Eleanor 1831,Ann 1829, Jane 1826 and Thomas 1826 and died 1826 17 jan. then another Thomas in 1842!!

This where i am completely stuck not able to tie in anyone further back, any help would be fantastic.

thank you
