Thank you so much for your support
. It is a horrible thing to happen to anybody and I feel so angry and violated
. It is good to know that I am not alone and as for getting help from Windows live, quite frankly that is a joke. I did manage to get it back once and changed the password, but that didn't help much for the next time I tried I was still locked out. I am so glad I am maybe a little old fashioned and don't do any banking on the net. If they had managed to get into that it would have been even more of a mess. Once again thanks for your support - it has helped put a little smile back on my face.
I look after a very clever little boy one day a week and he was there when all the phone calls came from relatives checking to see if I was home and I had not been mugged. He was sitting on my knee as I tried to login to my mail and unable to do so and he realised something was wrong and told me that a very BAD BAD man (person) was making me so sad and he would get his dad to sort the hijacker out (bash him hard on the nose). When I spoke to his parents he had told them all about it and he was so lovingly supportive that the fact he thought his dad could sort things out. That did make me smile.
