Gloucestershire Lookup Requests / Re: Bristol Lookup Please...Wertheim Family

Hi,
I've recently come across this whilst searching for more information about Barry Wertheim who was married to Florence Britton (my great grandmothers sister). I know the post is quite old and you may already have this information so apologies if you do!
They did have a child Gilbert Britton born 9th July 1898.
I'm not sure why he didn't take his father's name however from the 1901 census he was living with his mother, aunts, uncles and grandparents so it seems likely the marriage was pretty much over. Also with Barry's attempt to leave the country this would seem to verify this! And more obviously their divorce in 1915.
Gilbert died serving in the first world war 14 July 1918 a few days after his 20th birthday of phneumonia, he was a stoker on the ship (i've yet to find out which one). He's buried in Partouskays Cemetery Ritaiskaya Street, Vladivostock, Russia.
I have 2 pics of Gilbert one at 5 years old, the other in his naval uniform. I also have a pic of his grandmothers headstone from a church in Kingswood Bristol (which is now inaccessable) that also commemorates Gilbert. I can't seem to post these here so please PM me if you'd like a copy.
