Hi
A short  synopsis - my gt gt grandfather William  W.Marsh was Bros of CMM - his son Frederick William came to Monmouth via Brighton, when in Monmouth they had permanently living with them Julia M Finis (a niece?)    -  In some  old photos I found a picture of a grave (my grandfather loved taking graves) On it is inscribed:-

IN LOVING MEMORY OF CHARLES MAYNARD MARSH WHO WAS DROWNED OFF NEWCASTLE N.S.W OCTOBER 1881 AGED 35YEARS ALSO
OF FREDERICK CHARLES MARSH AGED 1 YEAR AND 11 MONTHS
NOT LOST BUT GONE BEFORE

Frederick C Marsh death was registered in Dover 29 523

Hope this helps - sorry if I ramble.  If I can help in any other way please ask.

Hi there, I am a descendant of Charles Maynard Marsh, albeit a distant one. I may have some information concerning his death details if you are interested. I have just joined this forum to answer your thread about 'CMM' as I found a photo of his gravestone in my Grandfather's old photos .I am looking forward to joining in and sharing these details with you.
