Hi there,
unfortunately I couldn't make the last gathering but I have just been given loads of family photographs. I understand that at one gathering only 1 person in the photos brought couldn't be identified. So I thought you would be a good person to start with as a possible aid to my task. I am from the Chillingstone Lamb line, Eliza Chillingtone Lamb was my grandmother and James Brown was my grandfather. So I am in the family of Lambs, Browns, Stones, Livermores etc. My father inherited my grandparents' house at 83 Bohemia Chase called Ivydean which has since been demolished for a larger property. One particular picture stands out of a man on crutches who had a leg missing, I'm sure someone must remember him. My father James Brown (junior) was deaf and dumb so I'm sure people must hold memories of him too which would be good to know. It would be good to put some faces to places. Hoping you can help or at least know someone who can.
Regards, Ray Brown
