any chance of a better scan...this is 200dpi and looks as if it has been compressed.

A rescan of 300dpi ,in color, with no compression will give us better details to play with..

im unsure about those names but i do have george willoughbys watts marriage certificate and it states at the time of marriage 1903 age 23 its states he was living 23 dugdale street.
