Australia Lookups completed / Re: Charles NELSON arrival in Qld Completed

Hi all,
Charles Nelson left England in 1886 and came to Australia to prepare a home for Agnes and baby Charles not realizing that Charles would be walking by that time.  I have not been able to find his entry into Australia, but my mother is his granddaughter and so she has passed this information on to me knowing I am doing family history.  She believed he came over on one of the ships that carried one of the drill tops for the Mt. Morgan mine.

Pauline. When Emille came to Aust. he was not allowed to practice and so he had to have a job.  Agnes and Emille meet because he needed a housekeeper and granny needed a job to support the family. We did not know he had been married in France, all we new was that he had a title "Baron" but that their land and title was taken from them.

Pauline, I am a great grandchild of Agnes De Chastel. Agnes had 4 children when she married Emile. He had 4 children and after the marriage they had 2 more, Angelo and Vincent. My mother says the her mother spoke kindly of Emile that he was a kind and gentle man, that would not give to his children if he could not give to all the children.
