Thanks so much for all that information! Much more than I expected. Answered some questions and confirmed some other facts, so I'm very happy.  :)
Shame about there being no headstones, but am very happy with all I did get. I really appreciate your efforts.

Hi Norrie

My first post, so a little nervous  :)

I am looking for the headstones of a few ancestors from Kirkcaldy and am hoping you may be able to help.

John BIRRELL (d.1832) who is buried with wife JEAN (nee WYLIE) (d.1845?) and daughter HELEN (surname RITCHIE) (d. 1858?)

There are a few BIRRELL's and RITCHIE's I am after, but this is the main one.
