Hi Beth.
Ann and myself was researching our family and it was through this forum that we met. She is a daughter of Mauvereen who was Bob's youngest daughter from his first marriage and we actually met a few times here in Ireland. I brought her up to Ballinkillen to the old homestead. Ther is no one living there now but there is another grandson of Richard and Kate living nearby.. Bill the original starter of this thread also came over to Ireland and I met him. He was the son of Bob's sister Elizabeth. That's been a common name down through the generations of Colliers. My personal email is removed is you want to email me or ask any questions I would be glad to answer. Where are you living.

Yes that's right. Have you been in touch with Anne Morris Collier.  She has a family tree done up on Ancesrty. She was a granddaughter of Bob too so would be your cousin.

Thanks for that Jack
I did know about them as Alice and Sonny were my
gran and grandad and Jimmy was my uncle. If you come across any others though especially in the Myshall  area who died in the 19th century please let me know. Thanks

Thanks Shane,

Yes they were RC but they were COI before and changed to RC around the 1798 rebellion I think. Is there any register for people who changed religion in those years either to get married or to try and avoid the troubles.

Yes I have seen that Rathmore but they don't give much information on it as regards brothers and sisters of Peter Fenlon Collier. I know he had at least one brother John who also went to america and one sister Mary who was born in Myshall in 1942 but there is no mention of any other and that is really who I am trying to find or Roberts brothers and sisters.
