Boreades:
Have you tried dropping the " .au " from the email address?
I have been using my email address " ...@bigpond.com " for many years and is still current.
Cheers.....esprit9

Trish: Thank you so much for the FamSrch URL - most kind. I'll see if I can chase the Anc. images at the local library. My thanks again for your continued assistance. Happy hunting. Kind regards.....Phil Grace.

Trish: Hello again and many thanks for your further info - which I had also chased but, without images of registers, I've been reluctant to treat 'transcript info.' as being 100% accurate. You mentioned viewing signatures - could I please trouble you for the URL address/es for any such image/s, as I've not found many, to date? My thanks in advance if you could assist. Best regards.....Phil Grace

Trish: Hello. Many thanks. I have the FreeReg baptisms and even John/Elisabeth son (John, bap. 1756) where the name was recorded as "Kerby". I'm trying to track the daughters' husbands (I also had the two Emblow husbands from FreeReg) and, in particular, trying to locate marriage and/or death/burial for Ruth (bap.1752); Elisabeth (bap.1754); Frances (bap.1758) and Esther (bap.1760).
I believe Mary (bap.1751) married 1st (in 1794) Samuel Weston (bur.1797), 2nd John Hill (in 1798) and died 1820, age 70. I'm guessing Ruth may have died without issue (prior to 1812 - the date of brother John's will, he died 1823). Elisabeth appears in that will named "Chappell", Frances as "Goodliffe" (her marriage, spelled "Kirbey", was to a William "Goodliff" it seems), and Esther is shown in the will as "Hughf" - can't track Elisabeth or Esther.
Regards for now - have just been called for dinner.....Phil Grace.

Hello again & a special thank-you to you both (mckha489 & maddys52) for all the info. Yes, I've been through the will (also had that pointed out to me by another WikiTree member, i.e. 'Martin not mentioned in will'). I'm also accessing info. assembled by 'MonaroPioneers' - a local group and one Dr. David Powell who has done major research on Faunce families in Oz, plus of course the online material from biographical dictionaries, newspapers, etc.
Have just paused to read your latest feedback & totally agree. The more I read, the more I suspect that Martin does not seem to belong.
Again my sincere thanks for your interest and your responses.
P.S. Yes, thank you. I had noted that death of Col. Thomas Faunce also, thus my pursuing the C.I. angle. Sad to say there are numerous military Faunce's , manywith the same forenames.

Should also have mentioned finding Martin Faunce on MyHeritage trees (apparently lifted from Geni) and subsequently on WikiTree - which is where I'm currently trying to clarify this apparent anomaly.
Thanks for the reference to Alured Tasker Faunce (who appears to be validly included in this family, and whom I'm also researching).
I feel that Martin may be mistakenly shown as a family son (and thus a sibling to Alured Tasker) and am seeking source evidence - either for or against.
Appreciate everyone's input. Stay safe, stay well.

Allegedly born 1808 Colchester Essex, allegedly died 1856 Channel Is.
Parents are said to be Alured Dodsworth Faunce (1775-1850) & Anna Maria Godard ((1782-1849) but I believe this to be incorrect and am trying to confirm or exclude Martin as a member of this family.
Cannot find Martin other than in 'Geni' ex 'Ancestry' - from 2009 inclusion by one 'Ian Hoyle'.
No other info (e.g. occup., spouse, children, etc.). Thanks to those who have already responded.
