thankyou ev for the welcome and thankyou for this information .i have managed to get to 1891 and thats where i have stopped

i cant seem to find connection to the ferguson side  only that david married a christina ferguson  :)

i have some of the family from the census but not if im going in the right direction

i have david semple in the 1871 census aged 30
christina aged 31
john aged8
jane aged 6
alexander aged 4 months
william aged 4 :)

hi elaine my father was robert semple born 4 june 1938 johnstone
his father was william urquhart semple. i go back to 1871 with david semple who married a christina ferguson .that is a s far a s i  am at the moment   thankyou julie
