I am told that the Carnmoney Presbyterian Church has records of the children of Jack & Nancy...I believe that she was the second wife of Jack. Nancy is my ancestor--thru Sam Giffen Leeburn, Sam Leeburn, William John Leeburn(1891), Eileen Mary Leeburn (1921-1996).

Hello

Iam looking for Agnes (Nancy ) Leeburn born 1813 married John McMillen(McMillan)......Can anyone help please...do you have this family in your tree or have you come across any graves with Leeburn surname .......The spellings seem to change ....

Thank you

Steve
My Leeburn family includes William John Leeburn, who livedin Belfast until 1970's. He was an officer in transport workers union.  His father was Samuel, who married Mary Moore and was born in Carnmoney.
Samuel Giffen Leeburn(AKA LIMEBURN) m Susannah Templeton  abt 1842.

John Limeburn born late 1700's----his second wife was Nancy  Magee.

My mother, the daughter of William John Leeburn was born in Belfast in 1921. Her brother, Samuel James Leeburn, recently died. He lived in Cardiff since 1946.He was born in  Belfast

John(Jack) Limeburn appears to be the ancestor of the many Leeburns/Limeburns that are buried at Mallusk.I do not know the ancestry of Jack Limeburn--but I continue to search.

I have Leeburn first cousins in Miami, Virginia, South Africa, London & Ipswich

How are you connected to Leeburn family?  Please e-mail me at terencepau@aol.com  in order that we may discuss further.                     Terence
