Rob,
I noticed that you had previously asked about PC Rose (Henry Ulric Rose). I am his only son! My Dad was born in Nottingham in 1906. Was the photo given to you by your father, Frank? My Dad had a brother Frank who lived in Nottingham all his life so I wonder if your father was my grandfather's brother? My grandfather was William Rose who moved to Nottingham from Waddesdon in Buckinghamshire.
