Regarding my search for Soldiers from Shrewsbury who served and died in WW1 and where employees of the G.W.R.,  I found reference to them as having photographs on the National Railway Museum website roll of honor which I found to be very good they had these soldiers below listed with photographs but when I logged on to the site I found their military details but no photographs
I have sent a message to the N.R.M., to see if they can help

I have looked through the list but hoping there might be others not listed as yet
I don't know if the G.W.R. magazine published all the employees photographs and if there are any
still to be found

Hello with regards to the G.W.R. workers who died in the Great War can any one help me with anything regards to either of the following mentioned in any of the companies

magazines roll of honor all are from the Shrewsbury & Wellington works G.W.R.

Any help or links to will be very much appriciated

It seems he died of Peritonitis sub Phrenic Abscess within 10 days, he died on the 14 September 1915, at the Military Hospital Curragh.
It seems strange that his family never notified local press here at Shrewsbury regarding his death, no notifacation at all,
